The way Nishant Kumar, the son of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, was active on the occasion of 75th birth anniversary of his father on March 1, 2026, his entry in politics is yet again speculated. Not only many JD(U) leaders want him to the party fold but alliance party leaders like Jitan Ram Manjhi and Upendra Kushwaha too have expressed their view about him it being the right time to join politics and NDA leaders would welcome him with open arms. The final decision would certainly be of Nishant Kumar.
